Event - 500 Words Competition

On Thursday 7th February Year 5 watched the ‘Live Lesson’ of the BBC 500 word short story competition. ‘500 words’ is the UKs most successful short story-writing competition for children.

The show featured amazing authors Frank Cottrell-Boyce, Charlie Higson and David Walliams.

They helped us to create ideas for our own short stories. We are now working hard to write them!
