Charitable Outreach

Throughout the year we support many different charities.

At different times of the year we increase our efforts into thinking about and helping others. The seasons of Advent and Lent lend themselves to charitable work but we throughout the year we support others locally, nationally and internationally.

Staff, pupils and families are always extremely generous in their support of others. Money is raised through fundraising events and charitable donations from the whole school community.

We host our annual May Day Honouring Mary the Mother of the Church by bringing in different food products and toiletries that are donated to our local Food Bank in Acocks Green. Father Hudson's Society, Alton Castle, BCSP Rwanda appeal, Macmillan and The Friday Group (Holy Souls Church) are amongst the charities which we support.

Our School Council and Young Disciples are proactive in deciding which charity to collect for and what we are to collect.

The King will reply, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
